Due to a snowstorm in the Pacific Northwest in February 2025, several delegations had difficulty arriving at the conference on time, including some that could not attend at all. The Executive Secretariat made the painful decision to cancel the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice.  At the conference, Lucca Parolo served as co-Director of Special Simulations, and Daniel F. Sandhu served as an Assistant Director on the General Assembly Fourth Committee. The listing below is what was planned to occur at the time of arrival for the conference.
